Who Am I
I believe creativity is sacred. Expression is healing. And who we are is the foundation of what we create.
I’ve spent my life in creative motion, from the stage to the studio, from sacred spaces to storytelling.With over 30 years as a performer, mentor, and multi-passionate creative, I’ve followed a path shaped by presence, purpose, and the belief that life is a dance, a rhythm to feel, a flow to trust, an expression of who we’re becoming.Alongside all of this, I’ve had the honour of being a mother - the most soulful role of all. My daughter is my greatest teacher and inspiration. She has walked with me through every chapter, and her presence continues to shape the woman and creator I am today.Today, I hold space for others to express, to heal, and to create. Whether through conscious speaking, soulful mentorship, or designing spaces that hold energy and meaning, my work is always led by love.
